ATHLETES OF THE WEEK: Keith Lundquist and Amber Ferreira
Men: Concord’s Keith Lundquist finished third at the Canterbury Woodchuck Classic 5K and that finish enabled Lundquist to finish win the championship of the 2014 Capital Area Race Series.
Women: Concord’s Amber Ferreira won Ironman Lake Placid, one of the country’s premier Ironman Triathlons.
