Athletes of the Week: Lucas Pozetta and Karin Biskovich
Men: Winning an Olympic distance triathlon is quite an accomplishment and that’s exactly what Portsmouth’s Lucas Pozetta did at the Massachusetts State Triathlon in Winchendon, Massachusetts. Pozetta finished the race (.9 mile swim, 22 mile bike ride, 6.2 mile run) in 1 hour, 49 minutes, 37 seconds.
Women: What’s good for the men is good for the women. Amherst’s Karin Biskovich made it a New Hampshire sweep at the Massachusetts State Triathlon. Biskovich was top female in 2:03:01.
