The health and safety of our participants, volunteers, and staff is the most important aspect of our events. Our team at Millennium Running helped spearhead the implementation of guidelines published by Governor Sununu’s Task Force for road races in the State of NH. Millennium Running will continue to ensure all safety procedures at our events are followed to protect our running community.
MASK / FACE COVERING REQUIREMENTS
In accordance with NH Governor Sununu’s Emergency Order 63 Pursuant Executive Order 2020-04 and Extend by Order 2020-05 to 2020-16, face coverings will be required for this event during the following circumstances or when physical distancing cannot be maintained.

START LINE PROCEDURES
This event will utilize “time trial start” format that will facilitate “social distancing” for the entirety of the event. Participants will be seeded based off their self-submitted paces. Athletes will start one-by-one in a time-trial format, 15 seconds after one another. Participants will be assigned a dedicated start time along with specific times for parking, check-in time and report to corral time.

• 2:00pm-2:30pm: 9:21 pace/mile or faster (29:00 finisher time or faster)
• 2:30pm-3:00pm: 9:22 pace/mile – 10:50 pace/mile (29:00 – 33:38 finisher time)
• 3:00pm-3:30pm: 10:51pace/mile – 12:42 pace/mile (33:38 – 39:24 finisher time)
• 3:30pm-4:00pm: 12:42 pace/mile+ (39:24+ finisher time)

All spectators are required to abide by social distancing guidelines and avoid congregating at the start/finish line areas.
BEER GARDEN: Redeem your beer ticket post race in our beer garden. Additional beer tickets are available for purchase. Food trucks and vendors will be selling food inside the beer garden. Credit cards may not be accepted and there is no ATM on-site, so please bring cash.
RESULTS driven by AutoFair Honda: All results will be displayed live at the Millennium Running timing trailer adjacent to the finish line. Live online results will be published exclusively on MillenniumRunning.com.

VIRTUAL OPTION: Virtual race participants will receive a Boot Scootin’ Boogie 5K bib and tank top. (Tank tops are limited to the first 750 overall registrants.) Participants must submit their virtual results for miles to count toward an individual’s mileage completion of the Elliot Millennium Running Series. Registrants will be sent an email the week of the event with a unique link to submit their results.

BIBS & SHIRTS
Virtual participants that qualify for event give-a-ways, can choose to have them either mailed to them (which is part of the online registration process or part the transfer to virtual process) or pick them up at our Millennium Store during the scheduled Early Bib Pick Up times. Additionally, give-a-ways will be available in the Millennium Running Retail Store during normal business hours for 30 days following the event and while inventory is available.
* Shipments are mailed out approximately 3-4 days prior to the event day. Any subsequent virtual transfers or virtual registrants that process shipping will be mailed out the first business day following the event.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY RESULTS?
It’s easy! On the week of the event we will be sending you a unique link via email to your RunReg entry that will allow you to submit your race results. Results must be submitted by 11:59pm EDT on Sunday, August 16.
Official Results will be published exclusively on millenniumrunning.com on Monday, August 17. You have until 11:59pm on Sunday, August 16 to submit your time using the unique link provided in your confirmation email.

What about the Elliot Millennium Series and Delta Dental Points Chase?
Virtual registrants will earn 3.1 miles towards the Elliot Millennium Series Jacket! However, no points will be assigned for the Delta Dental Points Chase. Participants must submit their virtual results for miles to count toward an individual’s mileage completion of the Elliot Millennium Running Series. Registrants will be sent an email the week of the event with a unique link to submit their results.
