Course:  A USATF Certified Boston Qualifier that takes runners on a scenic trip through the historic mill district of the Granite State’s largest city. Runners will have fabulous views of the Queen City, surrounding areas, and beautiful fall foliage. Click here for more detailed course information.

Marathon Course Time Limit : A time limit of 7 hours (16:00/mile pace) will be enforced.

Course Aid Stations: Water stops will be located approximately every two miles along the course. Powerade will also be available at each stop. Clif Energy Supplements and bananas will be available at approximately Mile 8.5. GU Energy and bananas will be available at approximately Mile 19.

Medical Stations: Catholic Medical Center will have medical stations located at approximately Miles 8.5 and 19, along with a medical tent at the finish line.

Course Restrooms:  Port-a-johns will be available on-course at approximately Miles 3.5, 4.5, 8.5, 11, 13, 17.5, 19, 21 and 25.

Awards:  Awards will be given out to the top 3 male and female overall. Awards will also be given out to the top 3 male and female in each 5-yr age group. (19 & under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34 … 70+) There will also be awards for the top 3 relay teams in the Male, Female and Co-Ed divisions.

Stop by the Awards Tent located in the Race Day HQ following the race to claim your award. All prize money will be mailed out with 1 week following the event.  Age group awards not picked up on race day may pick up awards at the Millennium Running Store during normal business hours.

Race Day Parking: Available at all public Manchester City Parking locations. There is NO parking on Elm Street.

Gear Check: Gear check will be available for all Sunday races. Simply check your bag in the Pelmac Industries Secure Gear Check tent inside Veteran’s Park and pick it up at the gear pick-up tent after you finish.

Relay exchange zones 1 & 2 are conveniently located within a short walk of the start and finish lines, while relay exchange 3 is serviced by a shuttle right from the finish.   Click here for more detailed course information.

Relay Team Cap: The relay is limited to the first 125 registered teams. Registration will close once the 125-team limit is reached, this number is a cumulative number of teams in both the full and half-marathon distances.

Relay Teams Registration: Teams must register online at the link above. Team Captains must be designated. The captain is in charge of registering the entire team and picking up race packets for their relay teams. Captains are also responsible for providing signed parent/guardian consent forms for any team members under the age of 18.

Relay Teams Award Categories: Awards will be given to the top three in the half and full relays; in the male, female and co-ed divisions.

Relay Team Medals: All medals will be distributed in the finish line area to the finishing member of your relay team. We encourage all relay team members to finish together with your final team member!

Relay Team Timing Information: Relay teams must exchange the velcro timing chip with the next runner in their transition area. All relay runners must wear the timing chip on their ankle as well as their bib on the front of their body. Relay team results will be broken down by each relay leg and published accordingly.

Relay Team Transition: Relay splits are as follows: Leg 1 – 4.6 Miles (Half & Full), Leg 2 – 8.5 Miles (Half & Full), Leg 3 – 5.7 Miles (Full), Leg 4 – 7.4 Miles (Full).

Relay Exchange Zones: Relay exchange zone 1 will be across from the start/finish line on Elm Street – Relay exchange zone 2 will be at the intersection of Lowell and Elm Street on Elm St – Relay exchange zone 3 will be at the UNH Co-operative parking lot between the Goffstown Rail Trail and Mast Rd (shuttle provided).

Relay Transportation: Relax exchange zones 1 and 2 are within walking distance of the Start/Finish area. Relay exchange zone 3 will have a shuttle running from the intersection of Franklin St and W. Merrimack St. (behind Portland Pie) to the exchange zone and back ONLY for relay runners.

Gear Check: Gear check will be available for all Sunday races. Simply check your bag in the Pelmac Industries Secure Gear Check tent inside Veteran’s Park and pick it up at the gear pick-up tent after you finish.
