DIRECTIONS & DETOURS
If traveling to Matthew Thorton Elementary School (275 Mammoth Rd, Londonderry, NH) from the south please travel northbound on Mammoth Rd / Rt-128.
If traveling to Matthew Thorton Elementary School (275 Mammoth Rd, Londonderry, NH) from the north and traveling southbound on Mammoth Rd / Rt-128, please follow the detour (right on Shasta Dr. left on High Range Rd., left on Pillsbury Rd., left on Mammoth Rd)
All event parking will be located in the Londonderry High School Gymnasium parking lot via the Matthew Thornton Elementary School driveway when traveling northbound on Mammoth Rd. (See detours and map graphics). Follow parking signs and take the first left into the to the Matthew Thorton Elementary School
HEALTH & SAFETY
The health and safety of our participants, volunteers, and staff is the most important aspect of our events. Our team at Millennium Running helped spearhead the implementation of guidelines published by Governor Sununu’s Task Force for road races in the State of NH. Millennium Running will continue to ensure all safety procedures at our events are followed to protect our running community.
MASK / FACE COVERING REQUIREMENTS
In accordance with NH Governor Sununu’s Emergency Order 63 Pursuant Executive Order 2020-04 and Extend by Order 2020-05 to 2020-16, face coverings will be required for this event during the following circumstances or when physical distancing cannot be maintained.

Face coverings are NOT REQUIRED while participating (running or walking on the course), in the Start Zone, and warming up or cooling down when physical distancing can be maintained. (CLICK HERE for an info graphic of the zones)
START LINE PROCEDURES
This event will utilize “time trial start” format that will facilitate “social distancing” for the entirety of the event. Participants will be seeded based off their self-submitted paces and will be sorted by pace from fastest to slowest. Two people will start every 10 seconds.
Participants will be assigned a dedicated start time along with specific times for parking, check-in time and report to corral time.
Start times will be based on pace / seed times: Exact start times to be assigned/emailed with bib number assignment 2 days prior to the event.

All spectators are required to abide by social distancing guidelines and avoid congregating at the start/finish line areas.

OVERALL & AGE GROUP AWARDS
Awards to the Top 3 Overall Men & Women. Awards will also be given out to the top 3 male and female age group winners. (13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+). Awards will also be issued to all girl and boy winners of each age up to 12 years old. Stop by the Awards Tent located in the Race Day HQ following the race to claim your award. *All cash awards will be mailed out after race. Regular awards will not be mailed after the event.
CASH AWARDS & BONUSES
Cash awards will be given to the Top 3 Overall Men & Women. $100 cash bonuses will be distributed to all men who break 4:00.0 and any woman who breaks 4:30.0. A $500 course record bonus will also be distributed if any male or female can beat the course record (Male: 3:49, Reid Buchanan ’19 • Female: 4:20, Amy Mortimer ’04). *All cash awards will be mailed out after race. If male and female records are both bettered, the bonus will be split.

BIBS & WINTER HATS
Winter hats are limited to first 1,000 registered in-person and virtual participants combined. Virtual participants that qualify for event give-a-ways, can choose to have them either mailed to them (which is part of the online registration process or part the transfer to virtual process) or pick them up at our Millennium Store during the scheduled Early Bib Pick Up times (Dec 31st / New Year’s Eve 10am-3pm). Additionally, give-a-ways will be available in the Millennium Running Retail Store during normal business hours for 30 days following the event and while inventory is available.
* Shipments are mailed out approximately 3-4 days prior to the event day. Any subsequent virtual transfers or virtual registrants that process shipping will be mailed out the first business day following the event.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY RESULTS?
It’s easy! On race week, we will be sending you a unique link via email to your RunReg entry that will allow you to submit your race results. Results must be submitted by 11:59pm EDT on Sunday, January 3.
Official Results will be published exclusively on millenniumrunning.com on Monday, January 4. You have until 11:59pm on Sunday, January 3 to submit your time using the unique link provided in your confirmation email.
Be your own photographer! Take a selfie using our new app and we’ll provide you with a link to the official race photos. We also invite you to share your experience on Facebook and Instagram tagging @millenniumrunning and using the #millenniumrunning hashtag
Everyone wins their own virtual race! As such, there will be no recognition of race times.
What about the Elliot Millennium Series and Delta Dental Points Chase?
Virtual registrants will earn miles towards the Elliot Millennium Series Jacket! However, no points will be assigned for the Delta Dental Points Chase.
