10 Miler Course
The 10 Miler course is a picturesque route around Manchester’s Massabesic Lake. The course is highlighted by a lake front finish and many lake views along the course. The 2-person relay has an exchange zone at the 5 mile mark.

Course Time Limit: 3 Hours
Start Time: 7:00am – 12:00pm in a time trial start format
RACE DATE & TIME: Saturday, August 29, 2020 from 7:00am to 12:00pm
EARLY BIB PICK-UP: Available at the Millennium Running Retail Store (138 Bedford Center Road, Bedford, NH) during the following times:
• Thursday, August 27 – 10:00am-7:00pm
• Friday, August 28 – 10:00am-7:00pm
RACE DAY BIB PICK-UP: Available from 6:30am-7:45am at Race Day HQ located at the Massabesic Lake Parking Lot, in Manchester, NH.
DIRECTIONS: The common start/finish line is conveniently located at the Massabesic Lake Parking Lot (1 Londonderry Turnpike, Manchester, NH) near Exit 1 off of Route 101.

HEALTH & SAFETY
The health and safety of our participants, volunteers, and staff is the most important aspect of our events. Our team at Millennium Running helped spearhead the implementation of guidelines published by Governor Sununu’s Task Force for road races in the State of NH. Millennium Running will continue to ensure all safety procedures at our events are followed to protect our running community.
This event will utilize “time trial start” format that will facilitate “social distancing” for the entirety of the event. Participants will be seeded based off their self-submitted paces. Athletes will start one-by-one in a time-trial format, 10 seconds after one another. Participants will be assigned a dedicated start time along with specific times for parking, check-in time and report to corral time.
GEAR CHECK: Gear check will be available for all participants in the Race Day HQ area. Simply check your bag in the Gear Check tent inside Race Day HQ and pick it up after you finish.
Water stops will be located at approximately the 2 mile, 4 mile, 6.2 mile, and 8 mile marks. Powerade will also be available at each stop beginning at the 6.2 mile mark.
UnTapped Energy packets will be available at the 6.2 mile water stop.
Course port-a-johns will be located at the relay exchange zone at mile 5 as well as at the start/finish line.
POST RACE REFRESHMENTS: Dasani water and Powerade are provided by Coca Cola Northern New England, chocolate milk provided by Oakhurst Dairy, pizza provided by American Flatbread Company, fruit cups provided by Dole and Yogurt provided by Stonyfield Organic in the area of Race Day HQ.
POST RACE PARTY: Join us after the race at Bonsai’s Restaurant where runners age 21+ can redeem their Sam Adams beer ticket.
RESULTS: All results will be displayed live at the Millennium Running timing trailer adjacent to the finish line. Live online results will be published exclusively on MillenniumRunning.com.
TEXT RESULTS: If you opt into receiving text results, you will get a text with your finisher time and a link to the full results page.

AGE-GROUP AWARDS: Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female in each 5-yr age group. (19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34 … 80+). Stop by the Awards Tent following the race to claim your award. Awards will not be mailed after the event.
RELAY TEAM AWARDS: Awards will be given out to each winning relay team in the male, female and co-ed divisions.
FINISHER MEDALS: Allen Mello New Hampshire 10 Miler medals will be distributed at the finish line to all 10 milers and relay teams.
VIRTUAL OPTION: Virtual race participants will receive a NH 10 Miler medal, bib and t-shirt. (T-shirts are limited to the first 1,000 overall registrants.) Participants must submit their virtual results for miles to count toward an individual’s mileage completion of the Elliot Millennium Running Series. Registrants will be sent an email the week of the event with a unique link to submit their results.
