DO I HAVE TO RUN IN VERMONT OR CAN I RUN ANYWHERE?
This is a virtual challenge – you do not have to physically run in Vermont. Use your neighborhood runs or miles on the treadmill to watch your tracking icon move around the state.

You do not have to everyday. As an individual it works out to just over 3 miles per day – as a team you can break it up however you want.

WHAT IF I’M STAYING ACTIVE ON AN ELLIPTICAL OR BIKING, ETC?
That’s cool – we get it and we still want you to participate. Here is a cool spreadsheet you can use to convert to miles or you can use this cool converter.

HOW DO I TRACK MY MILES?
There are numerous ways to track your miles… Garmin, iWatch, an old-school stop watch, and various apps.  Here are some good resources to check out: HERE

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY MILES?
It’s easy!   Beginning December 15th you will receive access to enter your miles, times and elevation gains.
