HEALTH & SAFETY
The health and safety of our participants, volunteers, and staff is the most important aspect of our events and we will be following all CDC and State health recommendations..
POST RACE REFRESHMENTS: Dasani water and Powerade are provided by Coca Cola Northern New England, Yogurt from Stonyfield Organic, fruit cups provided by Dole and fresh bananas. Beer tickets can be redeemed at the at Stark Brewing Company, located adjacent to Arms Park.

Millennium Running is happy to provide FREE digital race photos from this event thanks to our friends at AutoFair. Photos will be posted online 3-4 business days following the event.
If you opt into receiving text results, you will get a text with your finisher time and a link to the full results page.
Finishers of the event will receive a link to their finisher video. The link will be emailed online 1-2 business days following the event.
OVERALL & AGE GROUP AWARDS
Awards will be given to the Top 3 Overall Men & Women, as well as the top 3 male and female in each 10-yr age group. (12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49 … 80+). Stop by the Awards Tent following the race to claim your award. Awards will not be mailed after the event.
VIRTUAL OPTION: Participants must submit their virtual results for miles to count toward an individual’s mileage completion of the Elliot Millennium Running Series. Registrants will be sent an email the week of the event with a unique link to submit their results.
TRANSFER TO VIRTUAL
Should you wish to transfer to the virtual option, begin HERE by editing your entry. After triggering your edit entry link via email, please select “Change Category” button at the top of your entry. From there, you will complete and check out with a new registration and your existing entry will be removed. Be sure to complete and finish the check out of your new registration to finalize your transfer.

BIBS & T-shirts
Virtual participants that qualify for event give-a-ways, can choose to have them either mailed to them (which is part of the online registration process or part the transfer to virtual process) or pick them up at our Millennium Store during the scheduled Early Bib Pick Up times. If you are unable to make early bib pickup, please elect to have your item(s) shipped as they cannot be guarunteed past event day.
* Shipments are mailed out approximately 3-4 days prior to the event day. Any subsequent virtual transfers or virtual registrants that process shipping will be mailed out the first business day following the event.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY RESULTS?
It’s easy! In the days leading up to the event we will be sending you a unique link via email to your RunReg entry that will allow you to submit your race results. Results must be submitted by 11:59pm EDT on Sunday, October 31.
Official Results will be published exclusively on millenniumrunning.com on Monday, November 1. You have until 11:59pm on Sunday, October 31 to submit your time using the unique link provided in your results submission email.
Be your own photographer! Take a selfie using our new app and we’ll provide you with a link to the official race photos. We also you invite you to share your experience on Facebook and Instagram tagging @millenniumrunning and using the #millenniumrunning #trickortrot3k
Everyone wins their own virtual race! As such, there will be no recognition of race times.
What about the Elliot Millennium Series and Delta Dental Points Chase?
Virtual registrants will earn miles towards the Elliot Millennium Series Jacket! However, no points will be assigned for the Delta Dental Points Chase. Participants must submit their virtual results for miles to count toward an individual’s mileage completion of the Elliot Millennium Running Series. Registrants will be sent an email the week of the event with a unique link to submit their results.
