Join the challenge - it's super easy and FREE!
Millennium Running is here for our AMAZING running community and we are inviting you to challenge yourself to running or walking, logging your miles and participating in a themed virtual 5k each week.
Sign up for free!
I have to register to exercise at home? Yeah – yeah you do. We’ll send you weekly coaching emails and give you a place to track your daily/weekly miles and your weekly 5k times. Plus, did we mention – it’s FREE!
Run or walk - get moving!
This is the fun part. Carve some time out during the day to run or walk around your neighborhood, your house, on a treadmill – whatever is available to you. Then, at the end of the week – participate in our themed virtual 5k.
Track your miles!
We’re going to help you keep track of how many miles you went during the week and throughout the challenge. You just need to log in and input how far you’ve gone each day and your weekly 5k time by each Sunday at 11:59pm.
Share and encourage!
Now you get to tell the world. Take a pic or two and share them on Facebook and Instagram – and be sure to tag us @millenniumrunning. Your post might be the very thing that motivates, encourages or inspires someone else to get or stay active. Remember, we’re all in this together!
This might be the easiest step. Just repeat steps two through four each week. Join us, it’s going to be fun and a great way to stay connected until we’re all back together again!
We got spirit, how 'bout you?!
