Athlete of the Week: Justin Freeman & Larissa Dannis – 7/22 – 7/29/14
 Larisa Dannis finishing 2nd in the Western States 100 Miler Female:Larissa Dannis, Strafford – All hail Ms. Dannis!! All she did this past weekend is travel to California and finish second at the Western States 100 Mile Endurance Run, the world’s oldest and most prestigious ultra marathon 100 mile trail race. Dannis finished the race in 18 hours, 29 minutes only 28 minutes behind the winner. Dannis was also 22nd out of the 297 official participants who finished in under the required 30 hours necessary to earn one of the coveted Western States Endurance belt buckles. With this performance Dannis has established herself as one of the premier ultra marathoners in the country and has brought tremendous pride and honor to the Granite State running community!! |
