How do I correct incorrect registration information?
Incorrect registrant information can be updated by emailing contact@millenniumrunning.com. Please include which race the information needs to be updated for.

How do I correct incorrect results information?
Visit the results page for the event containing the error, each results page has a link to report corrections to that is sent directly to the timer of that specific event. Please fill out the form with your race information and a description of your issue. Your results will be corrected shortly.

Where do I pick up my bib #? All Bib # pick-up info locations and times will be listed for each individual race under general info. Typically, we usually host 2-3 opportunities to pick up your bib# and other race give-a-ways at our Millennium Running Store,  Early Bib Pick-up will often be scheduled the week prior to the event, check the respective event page for detailed information. Race day pick-up will generally be available up to 1.5 hours before race time up to 15 minutes before start at Race Day HQ.

Can I pick up a bib and race schwag for a friend? Yes, except in the case that race schwag is offered to the first “x” number of registrants to pick up their numbers. In this case it is one-schwag item per person limit.

How do I know my bib number? Bib numbers are assigned by date of registration and are published on the event website the day before the event. In addition, a “Bib Number Look Up” tent will be provided on-site to double check your bib number. Bib numbers are emailed out prior to early bib pickup as well.

Do I get the shirt size I reserved?  If an apparel item is included with race registration, the sizing will be first come first serve. All apparel is distributed based off sizing selected during the registration process and size swaps can be made after the event if inventory allows. If you’ve pre-purchased a shirt, those sizes are guaranteed.

Can I register on Race Day? Depending on race capacity, race day registration is generally available at Race Day HQ approximately 1.5 hours before race time up to 15 minutes prior to start. However, many events do sell out prior to race day.

What time should I get to the race? Depending on whether you have already picked up your bib/shirt, we recommend you get to the race site about 1 hour to 1-1/2 hour early to get parked, pick up your bib and other race schwag, use the facilities, stretch, warm-up, and enjoy the race atmosphere.

Can I participate with a stroller? Yes, but please line up at the back of the pack at the start ensure safety to all runners as strollers may present a tripping and injury hazard to you or another participant in a crowded starting area.

Can I run with my dog? Although, we are animal lovers, pets are not allowed in the race for safety reasons.

Can I participate with headphones or an iPod? Yes, but please be aware of your surroundings as you may not hear instructions from race officials or traffic police detail in an emergency. You may want to leave them at home and enjoy the music at the start, finish, and along the course!

Are there bathrooms at the race? Yes, port-a-johns will be available during the event in the area of Race Day HQ.  In longer events, there are typically port-a-johns on course as well.  Please check the respective event webpages for exact locations.

Can I get a refund if I do not run? Please refer to our detailed refund/transfer policy for more info.

Can I transfer my registration? Yes, however there is a $10 fee per transfer. Please refer to our detailed refund/transfer policy for full information.

Is the race Chip-Timed? Yes, all Millennium Running Signature events use MyLaps Bibtag disposable chip technology, the same system used by many major events including the Boston Marathon. The chip is adhered to the back of your bib number and does not need to be returned. There will be a start and finish mat to ensure that each runner will be provided with a “net” and “gun” time.

Are there awards? Each Millennium Running Signature event provides awards and the specifics and age category breakdowns are listed separately on the general info page for each event.

What happens if I forget to pick up my award on race day? Awards can be picked up within 7 days of the event at Millennium Running HQ, 138 Bedford Center Road, Bedford, NH.

Is there food or drink provide after the race? Yes, post race food/drinks will be provided by many of our generous sponsors.

Do Millennium Running event support charities? Millennium Running has a goal of donating over $500,000 annually. Each race supports a different variety of charities, some of our races directly benefit specific charities, this info can be found on each events general info page.
