1-MILE Course
This is the fastest mile you will EVER run!! The point to-point, downhill, 1-mile course starts at the highest point on Bridge St. (elev. 423ft) at Derryfield Park. The course runs west on Bridge Street and ends at Pulaski Park (elev. 243ft). With 180 feet in drop from start to finish, the course produced the fastest 1-mile on American soil in its’ debut running in 2011. Whether you are a beginner or elite, this downhill course will provide you with a great experience!
5K Course
The last mile of the 5k runs the exact downhill route of the HASLAW Mile. The 180 foot drop in the last mile will all but guarantee a personal best 5k. 5k runners have enough time between races to return to the start and participate in the HASLAW Mile or they may hang out at the finish to watch the exciting finish of the HASLAW Mile.
Post Race: Water, Powerade, and Portland Pie Pizza will be provided.
