Millennium Runners Are Top N.H. Finishers at 2016 Boston Marathon

Boston, Massachusetts – Representing Millennium Running, Aliaksandr Leuchanka and Laura Hagley completed the 120th Boston Marathon as the top male and top female finishers from the State of New Hampshire.
A former UNH grad student and University of Albany alumni, Leuchanka (26, Newmarket, NH) completed the 26.2 mile run from Hopkinton to Boston at 5:50 per mile pace with an official time of 2 hours, 32 minutes and 37 seconds to finish 45th overall.
Fresh off her 25th place finish in the 2016 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials in February, Hagley (21, Hanover, NH) crossed the finish line in 2 hours, 52 minutes and 45 seconds to finish as the 1st New Hampshire female runner, the 10th American female and 30th overall female.
This marks the second year in a row that Millennium Runners took the top NH spots at the Boston Marathon. In 2015, Leuchanka was the top male finisher and Denise Sandahl was the first female finisher.
