EARLY BIB & APPAREL PICK-UP
Available at the Millennium Running Retail Store (138 Bedford Center Road, Bedford, NH) at the following days and times:

• Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 10:30am to 6pm

RACE DAY REGISTRATION & BIB PICK-UP
Available from 7:30am to 9:00am at the registration area adjacent to the start/finish line at the Cashman Park (202 Merrimac St., Newburyport, MA)

PARKING
Parking includes municipal parking lots near the Cashman Park and downtown Newburyport.   [PARKING MAP COMING SOON]

RELAY TEAM SHUTTLE BUSES: Transportation will be provided for both first and second runners to and from the 6.5 Mile Relay exchange point. The shuttles will leave from the start/finish to the exchange at 9:25am, following the start of the race.  Please note ALL athletes headed to the exchange will leave at 9:25am, there is only one departure time. Shuttles back to the start/finish will leave the exchange once they have an adequate number of passengers and multiple trips will be available.

AID STATIONS
All aid Stations will include water, Gatorade and port-o-johns/toilets. Energy packets will be available at the 4th aid station.

UNTAPPED STOP
UnTapped Energy packets will be available at the 8.3 mile aid station.

BATHROOMS
Each aid station (see above for locations) will have a port-o-john. Ample facilities will be provided near the Start/Finish line.

TIME LIMITS
There is a course time limit of 3.5 hours.

FINISHER MEDALS
Finisher medals will be distributed at the finish line.

RESULTS
Live online results will be published exclusively on MillenniumRunning.com.

TEXT RESULTS
If you opt into receiving text results, you will get a text with your finisher time and a link to the full results page.

POST-RACE REFRESHMENTS
Water along with fresh bananas and yogurt, provided by Stonyfield Organic, will be available in the finish area.

POST-RACE BEER
Participants (21+ only) may redeem their beer ticket at BareWolf Brewing Company beer garden on-site adjacent to the Start/Finish line in Cashman Park.

Millennium Running is happy to provide FREE digital race photos from this event thanks to our friends at AutoFair . Photos will be posted online 3-4 business days following the event.

FINISHER VIDEO
Finishers of the event will receive a link to their finisher video. The link will be emailed online 1-2 business days following the event.

AWARDS
Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female in each 5-yr age group. (19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34 … 80+). Stop by the Awards Tent following the race to claim your award. Awards will not be mailed after the event.

TRANSFER TO VIRTUAL OR TO A NEW PARTICIPANT – IF YOU REGISTERED ON RUNREG
Should you wish to transfer to the virtual option, begin HERE by editing your entry. After triggering your edit entry link via email, please select “Change Category” button at the top of your entry. From there, you will complete and check out with a new registration and your existing entry will be removed. Be sure to complete and finish the check out of your new registration to finalize your transfer.
If you’d like to transfer your registration to a new participant, begin HERE by editing your entry. After triggering your edit entry link via email, please select “”Transfer Registration” button at the top of your entry. You may then enter the email address of the person who will be transferring into the event in your place. They’ll receive a link to register with your previous entry fee carrying over. Please note, there is a $10 transfer fee to complete this process. Please read our Refund & Transfer Policy for full information.

VIRTUAL RACE DATE & TIMES
Race with us from wherever you are on whatever day & time that works for you before 11:59pm the day following the published in-person race date.

BIBS, MEDALS & HOODIES
Hoodie t-shirts are limited to the first 1,000 registered in-person and virtual participants combined. Virtual participants that qualify for event give-a-ways can choose to have them either mailed to them (which is part of the online registration process or part the transfer to virtual process) or pick them up at our Millennium Store during the scheduled Early Bib Pick Up times. If you are unable to make early bib pickup, please elect to have your item(s) shipped as they cannot be guaranteed past event day.
*Shipments are mailed out approximately 3-4 days prior to event day. Any subsequent virtual transfers or virtual registrants that process shipping will be mailed out the first business day following the event.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY RESULTS?
It’s easy! On race week, we will send you a unique link via email to your RunReg entry that will allow you to submit your race results. Results must be submitted by 11:59pm on the Monday following the in-person event date.

RESULTS
Official Results will be published exclusively on millenniumrunning.com on Tuesday following the in-person event date.  You have until 11:59pm on Monday following the in-person event date to submit your time using the unique link provided in your confirmation email.

AWARDS
Everyone wins their own virtual race!  As such, there will be no recognition of race times.

What about the Elliot Millennium Series, Stonyfield Organic Green Stride Series, and Delta Dental Points Chase?
Virtual registrants will earn miles towards the Elliot Millennium Series Jacket and an event completion towards the Stonyfield Organic Green Stride Series! However, no points will be assigned for the Delta Dental Points Chase.
