The 3.1 mile course runs along Route 1A on New Hampshire’s beautiful seacoast. This out and back course will finish on the sand of Hampton Beach steps away from the famous Hampton Beach Seafood Festival.

General parking is available at metered and municipal spots adjacent to the start/finish line on Hampton Beach. NH State Parks has transitioned to a pay-by-plate system that allows you to pay at parking kiosks or through the Park Mobile app.
PRE-RACE YOGA ON THE BEACH:
Free yoga on the beach, led by Hampton Beach Yoga & Mindfulness, will begin at 8:00am on race morning. Advance registration is required. Register HERE using code: FREECLASS during checkout.
Dasani water and Powerade provided by Coca Cola Northern New England, fresh bananas, yogurt provided by Stonyfield Organic, and amazing vendors inside the Hampton Beach Seafood Festival.
5k participants (21+ only) may redeem beer ticket in the post race beer garden inside the Hampton Beach Seafood Festival. Additional beers can be purchase for $5 each.

Finishers of the event will receive an email with a link to their finisher video within 1-2 business days following the event.
Awards to the Top 3 Overall Men & Women. Awards will also be given out to the top 3 male and female in each 5-yr age group. (<12, 13-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34 … 80+). Stop by the Awards Tent located in the Race Day HQ following the race to claim your award. Awards will not be mailed after the event.
TRANSFER TO VIRTUAL OR TO A NEW PARTICIPANT
Should you wish to transfer to the virtual option, begin HERE by editing your entry. After triggering your edit entry link via email, please select “Change Category” button at the top of your entry. From there, you will complete and check out with a new registration and your existing entry will be removed. Be sure to complete and finish the check out of your new registration to finalize your transfer.
If you’d like to transfer your registration to a new participant, begin HERE by editing your entry. After triggering your edit entry link via email, please select “”Transfer Registration” button at the top of your entry. You may then enter the email address of the person who will be transferring into the event in your place. They’ll receive a link to register with your previous entry fee carrying over. Virtual Event Details
VIRTUAL RACE DATE & TIMES
Anytime before 11:59pm on Monday, September 11. Whatever time that works for you.
Virtual participants that qualify for event give-a-ways, can choose to have them either mailed to them (which is part of the online registration process or part the transfer to virtual process) or pick them up at our Millennium Store during the scheduled Early Bib Pick Up times. If you are unable to make early bib pickup, please elect to have your item(s) shipped as they cannot be guaranteed past event day.
* Shipments are mailed out approximately 3-4 days prior to the event day. Any subsequent virtual transfers or virtual registrants that process shipping will be mailed out the first business day following the event.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY RESULTS?
It’s easy! On the week of the event we will be sending you a unique link via email to your RunReg entry that will allow you to submit your race results. Results must be submitted by 11:59pm EDT on Monday, September 11.
Official Results will be published exclusively on millenniumrunning.com on Tuesday, September 12. You have until 11:59pm on Monday, September 11 to submit your time using the unique link provided in your confirmation email.
Everyone wins their own race! As such, there will be no recognition of race times.
What about the Elliot Millennium Series and Delta Dental Points Chase?
Virtual registrants will earn 3.1 miles towards the Elliot Millennium Series Jacket! However, no points will be assigned for the Delta Dental Points Chase. Participants must submit their virtual results for miles to count toward an individual’s mileage completion of the Elliot Millennium Running Series. Registrants will be sent an email the week of the event with a unique link to submit their results.
