Join the challenge!
We are continuing our Training in Progress Challenge with SIX more weeks of motivation, fitness and FUN! Each week, you’ll be tracking your runs, walks, bike rides, etc. and then participating in a themed virtual race.
For just $30 you’ll receive a FREE Crushin’ It t-shirt, weekly coaching emails, a place to track your daily/weekly miles, exclusive access to yoga and PT sessions – along with so much more!
Run or walk - get moving!
This is the fun part. Carve some time out during the day to run or walk around your neighborhood, your house, on a treadmill – whatever is available to you. Then, at the end of the week – participate in our themed virtual race.
Track your miles!
We’re going to help you keep track of how many miles you went during the week and throughout the challenge. You just need to log in and input how far you’ve gone each day and your weekly race time by each Sunday at 11:59pm.
Share and encourage!
Now you get to tell the world. Take a pic or two and share them on Facebook and Instagram – and be sure to tag us @millenniumrunning. Your post might be the very thing that motivates, encourages or inspires someone else to get or stay active. Remember, we’re all in this together!
This might be the easiest step. Just repeat steps two through four each week. Join us, it’s going to be fun and a great way to stay connected until we’re all back together again!
